What the plugin stores
The report reads from one small table it creates, holding the order ID, status, dates, billing and shipping state and country, currency, and the order totals. No names, addresses, or any other personal data are stored anywhere.
What happens when you delete it
Deleting the plugin removes that table and its options completely. Nothing is left behind, and nothing needs to be cleaned up by hand.
Deactivating vs deleting
Deactivating just turns the report off for now. Your data stays in place, and reactivating picks up right where it left off. Deleting is the step that actually removes everything.
